Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Mandatory alternating weekends.
Overtime and extended hours required during shutdowns and emergency repairs.
Work Environment: Very hot industrial manufacturing/welding facility.
Candidates must be comfortable working in high-temperature conditions for the full duration of their shift. Heat tolerance is a critical screening factor and known reason for candidate attrition.
Physical Requirements: Physically demanding industrial environment. Frequent lifting, climbing, kneeling, bending, working in confined spaces, and working at heights.
Must Have: Minimum 3 years of welding and industrial maintenance experience.
Strong welding skills with the ability to perform advanced fabrication from blueprints, prints, and engineering drawings.
Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience rebuilding and repairing pumps, valves, cylinders, and related industrial equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Pay: $51,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
