We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Maintenance Facilitator to oversee the digital infrastructure and online platforms of our real estate agency. This role ensures that our website, property listings, client portals, and communication tools remain updated, secure, and user-friendly. The ideal candidate will combine technical know-how with customer service skills to support both internal teams and external clients. Key responsibilities: * Monitor and update property listings, images and descriptions. * Ensure rental data and accuracy also assisting clients for a user friendly experience
Digital Communication Support
Maintain online inquiry forms, chat systems, and client contact channels. Client & Team Assistance
Provide technical support to agents and clients using online platforms.
Train staff on new tools or updates to digital systems.
Troubleshoot issues with email campaigns, newsletters, and CRM tools.
Job Requirements:
