Magazine Advertisement Sales Position Job

### Duties: - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and business opportunities. - Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns. - Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to effectively communicate product offerings and pricing. - Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to maximize profitability. - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

### Experience: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or outside sales. - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. - Experience in account management and building long-term relationships with clients. - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
