Machine Operator Job

Machine Operators are expected to work safely with a strong attention to detail and quality in the production department. This must be achieved by having respect for all co-workers.

• Must take and pass Henry Broch reading comprehension test.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English – speak, read, and write.
• Basic math skills.
• Must have an understanding of completing required paperwork.
• Good organizational skills.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements.
BRC Requirements/Responsibilities:
• Maintain food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner.
• Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
• Must follow GMP’s and attend all mandatory trainings provided by the company.
