Position: Spa Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $21.63~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Number of Positions: 1
Work Location: 3-125 McCarter Street Parksville, BC V9P 2H6
Benefits:
10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
Establish work schedules and procedures
Assist clients/guests with special needs
Ensure work-related issues are resolved
Assign duties and train employees in safety procedures and organizational policies
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule and possibly review activities of workers
Requisition supplies and materials
Monitor quality of service provided
May perform the same duties as workers supervised
Job requirements:
Language: English
Experience: 1~2 years of related experience is required
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
