Luxury Non-Toxic House Cleaner Job

Pay: Please note that the base pay is $20/hour, however, with tips, travel stipend, and bonus opportunities, the average hourly rate is $23-27/hour spanning across all MM team members

Location: East Valley, AZ (Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale)

Schedule: This job has flexibility built into it's schedule, as work hours are not always consistent week by week. We are looking for someone with availability Monday - Friday, with the opportunity to pick up more hours as we continue to grow our client base.

Here’s what you’ll be doing (and loving):

Cleaning beautiful homes and Airbnb's from top to bottom (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and making every surface shine)
Changing linens at short-term rentals and setting them up like a pro
Keeping your cleaning caddy tidy and your uniform looking sharp
Working side-by-side with a fun, upbeat team
Being the kind, detail-oriented cleaner our clients rave about
We’re looking for someone who:

Notices the little things and takes pride in a job well done
Is personable, professional, and easy to be around
Doesn’t mind physical work and likes staying active
Has some cleaning experience (a plus, not a must as we’ll train you)
Shows up on time, works well with others, and brings good vibes

The details:

Must be able to legally work as a 1099 independent contractor
Must have reliable transportation to and from jobs in Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, parts of Scottsdale, Chandler and nearby areas
Must be reliable, respectful, and ready to join a team that actually enjoys what we do
Compensation: You will receive a stipend per cleaning based on a cleaning time goal. Example: A cleaning time goal is set as 4 hours for a client's home. You will be paid for those 4 hours regardless of whether you finish in 3 hours or 5 hours. Cleaning times are based on years of cleaning experience and the average time it has taken a team of 2 to finish that sized job. In addition, we have bonus opportunities and many of our clients tip for quality work!
