Job Description:
Planning and directing the work of a flower shop. Hiring and supervising employees. Managing financial budgeting of the business. Creating and improving operational policies. Participating in United Flower Growers auctions and approving all transactions on behalf of the business
Job Requirements:
A university degree or a college diploma in business administration, floral design, or finance. A minimum of three years of managerial experience in floral business management. Must be familiar with WooCommerce, WordPress management system, and FloristWare. Proficiency in all major social media platforms is required, as well as the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
