We are actively seeking dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing repossession team as Spotter Drivers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, work well independently, and are ready to be part of a high-performance operation.

As a Spotter Driver, you will play a critical role in locating vehicles assigned for repossession by utilizing company tools, scanning designated routes, and maintaining accurate reporting throughout your shift.

What You’ll Do:
• Operate a company vehicle on established routes
• Utilize company software and tools to identify vehicles on active repossession assignments
• Thoroughly scan neighborhoods, apartment complexes, parking lots, and commercial areas
• Notify the tow truck team immediately when a vehicle is located
• Continue route coverage efficiently after reporting findings
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all vehicle sightings
• Work independently while staying focused and productive throughout the shift

• Valid driver’s license
• Working smartphone/cell phone
• Reliable transportation to and from the office
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment

Pay:
Starting at $15.00 per hour
