long-haul truck drivers Job

Pacific Valley Enterprises Inc. Located at Unit 202, 19099 25 Ave, Surrey, BC, V3S 3V2 is looking for 10 full-time long-haul truck drivers to join our team.
Job Duties:
• Operate trucks to deliver long haul loads working as team drivers.
• Ensure cargo is secured properly in accordance with safety requirements.
• Loading and unloading of goods, tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo.
• Plan travel schedules and routes by using atlases and other trip planning aids.
• Receive and relay information to central dispatcher.
• Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment.
• Perform brake adjustments and maintain log book for each trip.
• Monitor vehicle performance and mechanical fitness.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Experience is an asset.
• Class 1 or A license or any other equivalent.
Terms of Employment:
Job type: Full-time.
Wages: - $36.75 per hour- 50 hours per week.
No of positions- 10
Location of employment: - 2895 194 St, Surrey BC V3S 9V2 and various locations all over Canada and North America.

Security and Safety: - Basic security clearance, Criminal record check and Drug test
