Job Description:
Road Lions Transport Ltd located at 14386 66A AVE , Surrey, BC, V3W 7K3, Canada is looking for 3 Long Haul Truck Drivers, wages are $36.60 per hour and 40-50 hours per week.

Job Description:
Operate and drive primarily trailers, long-combination vehicles, and straight-body trucks weighing over 4500 kg to transport goods and materials over long distances.
Plan trip logistics and secure necessary documentation for transporting goods.
Conduct pre-trips, en route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle systems, equipment, and accessories, including tires, lights, tum signals, brakes, and cold storage units.
Obtain special permits and required documentation for transporting cargo on international routes. Record cargo details, hours of service, distance travel, and fuel consumption.
Manage bills of lading and maintain logbooks manually or electronically.
Communicate with dispatchers, other drivers, and customers using communication devices and on-board computers.
Load and unload goods.
Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo.
Employment Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is usually required. On-the-job training is provided. A Class 1 license is required to drive articulated trucks. Air brake endorsement (Z) is required for drivers who operate vehicles equipped with air brakes.
