LONG HAUL TRUCK DRIVER Job

2174305 ONTARIO INC. DBA PRO DEL TRANSIT LINES, located at 1650 Dundas Street East suite 202 Mississauga, ON L4X 2Z3, is looking for Full time Long Haul truckdrivers to join their team as soon as possible.
Wage: 35.00/hour
Start date: Asap
Openings: 3
Job duties:
• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
• Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
• Perform emergency roadside repairs
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Receive and relay information to central dispatch
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
• Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
• Transport and handle dangerous goods
Job requirements:
• No education is required
• Training will be given
• Class 1 OR AZ license is required
