Job Description:
Operate commercial vehicles
Completing daily driver logs in accordance with Alberta’s hour of service regulations
Fill out pre and post trip inspections
Ensure vehicle is properly equipped and in proper working order
Give proper care to the operation and maintenance of vehicles and equipment
Follow the scheduled plan for deliveries and inform supervisor if you must deviate for any reason
Maintain shipping and loading documents
Maintain professional driving habits at all times
Be alert to risks and threats in order to prevent losses before they occur
Must be flexible and work effectively in a fast paced environment

Job Requirements:
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required.
Proven experience in commercial driving or freight transportation is preferred.
Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is a plus.
Basic automotive repair skills are advantageous for maintaining vehicle performance.
Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
