Job Description:

Drive with a partner or as part of a convoy.
Load and unload freight safely.
Secure permits and required documents for international transport.
Operate straight and articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
Inspect and monitor vehicle condition, including tires, lights, brakes, refrigeration, and equipment.
Adjust brakes when required.
Complete emergency roadside repairs.
Conduct pre trip, en route, and post trip inspections.
Maintain responsibility for overall vehicle operation and condition.
Record cargo details, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Secure loads with tarps and ensure cargo safety.
Transport and handle dangerous goods according to regulations.
