Job Description:
We are seeking a Long Haul Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods over long distances, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of freight.
Responsibilities
- Transport goods over long distances in a safe, efficient, and timely manner
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Maintain accurate driving logs and complete all necessary paperwork
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
- Ensure cargo is secure and handle freight with care
- Wage $36.60/hr

Job Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in long haul driving preferred
- Knowledge of forklift operation and heavy equipment handling is a plus
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs on the road if needed
- Familiarity with freight handling procedures
- Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude
