Job Requirements:
Responsibilities
Operate a commercial vehicle (tractor-trailer or similar) on long-haul routes.
Deliver freight safely and on schedule while following assigned routes.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
Ensure loads are properly secured and cargo is protected during transit.
Maintain accurate driver logs (ELD/HOS), fuel records, and delivery documents.
Follow DOT regulations, company safety standards, and customer requirements.
Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers about delivery status or delays.
Qualifications
Valid Class 1 / Class A CDL (or equivalent).
Previous long-haul/OTR driving experience preferred.
Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug/alcohol testing.
Strong understanding of DOT/HOS rules and safe driving practices.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently for extended trips.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
