Job Description:
Shankar Transport Limited is seeking an experienced Logistics Team Leader to oversee and coordinate daily logistics and transportation operations. The successful candidate will supervise staff, ensure efficient scheduling, and maintain smooth movement of goods while meeting company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of logistics and transportation staff

Plan, organize, and monitor dispatch schedules and delivery routes

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations

Resolve operational issues and coordinate with drivers, clients, and management

Maintain records related to shipments, schedules, and staff performance

Assist with training and onboarding of new team members

Job Requirements:

Completion of secondary school (Grade 12 or equivalent)

Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch supervision

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
