Logistics Supervisor Job

At Clockwork Restoration, we provide 24/7 emergency property restoration services across Toronto, the GTA, and surrounding areas. With more than 40 years of combined industry experience, we specialize in water and flood damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mould remediation, biohazard cleanup, and specialty drying solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to coordinate the equipment, materials, and transportation required for our restoration projects. The successful candidate will supervise logistics staff, maintain inventory levels, and ensure the timely delivery and movement of equipment and supplies to job sites.

Main Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of logistics and warehouse staff.
• Plan, organize, and monitor the transportation and delivery of restoration equipment, materials, and supplies to job sites.
• Coordinate schedules for deliveries, pickups, and equipment deployment.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure adequate stock levels of restoration equipment and supplies.
• Establish work schedules and assign duties to logistics personnel.
• Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements to logistics processes.
• Resolve delivery, inventory, and transportation issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Prepare reports on inventory, equipment utilization, and logistics operations.
• Train and support logistics employees and participate in hiring recommendations.

Compensation and Conditions:
• This is a permanent full-time position. Be ready to work day shifts and occasionally on weekends.
• Wage offered: $37.00 per hour for 30 hours per week.
• Occasional overtime may be required with applicable overtime pay after 44 hours of work per week.

Requirements:
• High school diploma.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, warehousing, transportation coordination, or supply chain supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple priorities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with inventory and logistics management systems is an asset.
