Logistics Supervisors in trucking companies oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations related to the transportation and delivery of goods. They supervise dispatchers, drivers, and logistics personnel to ensure efficient routing, scheduling, and tracking of freight, while maintaining compliance with safety and transportation regulations.

Supervise, plan, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in dispatching crews; scheduling transportation crews and routes; and other related activities.
Resolve various problems and related complaints and implement corrective measures and process improvements.
May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
Completion of a post-secondary education program of two to three years in related field.
