The company provides in-house fabrication, supply, and installation services for custom glass and window products for residential and commercial customers. Its team includes experienced estimators, quality control staff, safety representatives, production workers, and field operators who work together to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehousing, and transportation activities to ensure the efficient movement of materials and products. The role involves supervising logistics personnel, assigning and reviewing work, coordinating with production and other departments, monitoring inventory levels, and resolving operational issues. The position requires strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and delivery schedules while supporting the efficient operation of the company's supply chain and logistics functions.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate staff involved in shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution of window products, materials, and supplies.
• Plan, assign, and review daily logistics and warehouse activities to support production schedules and customer orders.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, sales, and installation teams to ensure materials and finished products are available and delivered on time.
• Monitor inventory records, shipping documents, receiving records, and material movement to ensure accuracy.
• Resolve delivery issues, inventory discrepancies, workflow problems, and related complaints, and recommend improvements to daily operations.
• Train workers on job duties, company procedures, safety requirements, and proper handling of materials and equipment.
• Requisition materials, supplies, tools, and equipment required for warehouse and logistics operations.
• Ensure warehouse equipment, computer systems, and logistics tools operate properly, and arrange maintenance or repairs when needed.
• Prepare basic logistics, inventory, shipping, and receiving reports for management review.
• Participate in employee performance reviews when required.
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Experience: 2 years of work experience in the position
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Language: Proficiency in English
