We are currently seeking a dedicated Logistics Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily logistics activities including inventory control, shipping, receiving, scheduling, and staff supervision. This role ensures operations run smoothly and in compliance with safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of logistics staff, including shipping and receiving clerks and inventory control personnel
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory records, monitor stock levels, and initiate replenishment
• Maintain scheduling systems and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods
• Train, evaluate, and support logistics staff in job duties and performance expectations
• Troubleshoot issues related to logistics operations and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and transportation regulations
• Operate and ensure proper functioning of logistics software and systems

Requirements
• Post-secondary diploma/degree in supply chain, business administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Canadian and international logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory control, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency with inventory and logistics software (e.g. MS Excel, SAP, Oracle)
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and transportation regulations
• Language skills in addition to English/French is considered an asset
