• Two (2) positions available in Adairsville, GA

Job Duties:

• Maintain corporate logistics databases and information, including logistics cost and data.
• Track product/material flow from origin to final delivery, both domestically and internationally, and manage customs clearance for materials, equipment, and spare parts.
• Coordinate company transportation systems to ensure proper delivery to the work site from the plant site, etc.
• Interpret data on logistics elements, such as availability, reliability, and transportation costs, to recommend cost-saving measures.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance measures, including monthly cost analysis reports and duty analysis/management reports.
• Enter logistics-related data into databases and ensure the accuracy of vendor payments.
• Analyze logistics data using methods such as data mining or cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Communicate with and monitor service providers while managing logistics cost reduction efforts.
• Reorganize shipping schedules and manage systems to optimize service levels, minimize costs, etc.

Education Requirement
 Bachelor of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related.
