Logistics Specialist (Cypress, CA) Manage international and domesticshipments on behalf of B2B and B2C clients through global carriers such as UPS andDHL, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Oversee high-volume shipmentoperations including monitoring, rerouting, address changes, and exception handling.Handle carrier claims by preparing documentation, submitting claims, andmaintaining detailed records for client reporting. Apply analytical methods toconduct Dimensional Weight (DIM) analysis and verify freight charges to ensurebilling accuracy and support cost optimization for clients. Coordinate shipping,invoicing, and freight reconciliation processes, supporting financial accuracy andtransparency. Analyze current operational workflows and ontribute to thedevelopment and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates,and logistics manuals to improve efficiency and provide scalable solutions formultiple clients. Collaborate effectively with global partners, carriers, drivers, andinternal teams to resolve operational issues, minimize risks, and maintain a seamlesssupply chain flow.
