Logistics Project Manager Job

Spearhead cross-functional teams to successfully execute supply chain projects, overseeing them from initiation to completion. Manage the integration of the Climax shipping suite and coordinate with vendors to integrate the GAMA logistic suite into the company's operations and facilitate the integration of Dray Master with Drayage, and manage the onboarding of carriers and customers on RMIS (Risk Management Information System). Develop and maintain project plans using MS Project, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and supply chain objectives. Implement project management best practices, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) planning and lessons learned, resulting in improved project delivery timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing a stakeholder engagement plan. Conduct risk assessments and formulate risk mitigation strategies to ensure project deliverables, reduce costs, and prevent supply shortages. Led procurement projects, overseeing vendor selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management. Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance internal and external relationships. Design and implement a comprehensive supplier management framework for operational suppliers across various supply categories, utilizing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPI metrics. Minimum requirements
Education: Must possess a Master’s degree in Logistics, Project Management or related field
Experience: 2 years’ experience in the position offered or a related position.
Aforementioned 2 years’ experience must include the following:
