Logistics Management Coordinator Job

Logistics Management Coordinator is needed in Midway, Georgia.

• Coordinate overall logistics planning for manufacturing automobile suspension and drivetrain components.
• Coordinate and authorize delivery and shipment terms in negotiations with suppliers.
• Monitor and track flow of incoming and outgoing inventories and freight services to adjust logistics systems as necessary.
• Prepare logistics operations report for coordinating logistics support activities.
• Gather data for analyzing the company’s logistics lifecycle and evaluating related cost.
• Determine need for selection/modification of freight service providers and make recommendations to improve efficiency of logistics operations.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements while minimizing carrying costs and premium transportation charges.

Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience in logistics or materials management.
