Logistics Engineer Job

A Validation Engineer is needed in West Point, Georgia.

• Develop and implement logistics solutions for complex supply chains, including multi-modal transportation, warehousing, and distribution strategies, to improve cost efficiency and service performance.
• Analyze logistics data and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, optimize freight forwarding networks, and design improved routing, load planning, and inventory management systems.
• Evaluate and integrate advanced technologies such as transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and automated tracking tools to enhance operational visibility.
• Create and maintain detailed logistics models and simulations to forecast demand, optimize resource allocation, and support decision-making for large-scale freight movements.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks by designing contingency plans and ensuring continuity for time-critical shipments across international networks.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, warehouse, and carrier partners to coordinate total logistics solutions that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
