Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (40 hours/week, overtime possible during peak season)
About the Role:
A growing, full-service final-mile delivery company operating across the United States and Canada is seeking a Logistics Dispatch Associate to support high-volume home delivery operations. The organization specializes in white-glove delivery services for appliances and furniture, providing high-quality customer service. This role is critical in ensuring efficient dispatch operations, customer communication, and overall service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch 5+ in-home delivery teams across multiple stops
Initiate customer follow-up calls and provide delivery updates
Manage shipment tracking, data entry, and reporting accurately
Communicate delivery delays and schedule updates to customers
Build strong relationships with customers, clients, and internal teams
Support continuous operational improvements and service quality
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2–4 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in logistics, in-home delivery, or related field
Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
