Coordinate and Monitor Logistics Operations: Oversee the entire logistics process from shipment to delivery, ensuring all activities are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all shipping and logistics documentation is accurately prepared and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Warehouse Coordination:
Work closely with warehouse staff to optimize storage, handling, and distribution processes.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement and prepare regular reports on logistics performance.

Problem Solving:
Address and resolve any logistical issues that arise, such as shipment delays or inventory discrepancies.
Cost Control: Monitor and control logistics costs to ensure budget adherence and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed of shipment statuses and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
