Position: Logistics Coordinator
Wages: CAD$25.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30- 40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Coordinate and track logistics of movement of supplies and products through effective communication with manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, and retailers
• Ensure supplies and products are shipped and received on schedule
• Prepare and process all customs documents for International & U.S. shipments
• Consult with the management to run logistics in a cost and time-efficient manner
• Maintain inventory and proper storage needed for orders
• Prepare and maintain various reports on transportation, storage, and inventory of products using manual or computerized systems.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• Completion of a post-secondary education program of less than two years in Business or Supply Chain Management or 2-3 years of experience as a dispatcher, production clerk or scheduling clerk
