Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and timely movement of goods across domestic and international channels. This position supports operational efficiency by coordinating shipments, managing carrier relationships, and resolving logistics issues. The position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Scope and Impact of Job:
-Budget and/or Revenue Responsibilities: No direct budget ownership, but responsible for operational efficiency and cost-effective use of resources.
-Supervisory Responsibilities (Direct and Indirect): Directly supervises 0–5 staff. Leads team performance and provides daily oversight of operations.
-Other: Maintain a clean, organized, compliant workplace aligned with company safety and quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and Monitor Product Movement (25 Ensure timely shipping and receiving of goods by overseeing logistics schedules and workflows.
-Schedule and Track Shipments (20 Manage shipment timelines and ensure compliance with delivery requirements and customer expectations.
-Communicate with Carriers, Suppliers, and Internal Teams (15 Resolve delays and logistics issues through proactive communication and coordination.
-Maintain Accurate Records (10 Document shipments, inventory levels, and logistics data to support traceability and compliance.
-Support Warehouse Operations (10 Align logistics activities with inventory and fulfillment needs to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
-Collaborate with Procurement and Sales Teams (10 Work cross-functionally to optimize supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.
-Ensure Compliance with Shipping Regulations (5 Monitor and enforce adherence to domestic and international shipping laws and standards.
-Identify and Implement Process Improvements (5 Continuously evaluate logistics processes and introduce enhancements to improve performance.

-College diploma or experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination.
-At least one year experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse industry.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
-Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems.
-Knowledge of shipping regulations and customs procedures is an asset.
