POSITION OBJECTIVE
This position is responsible for supporting the tracking of ocean shipments from the manufacturing facilities through delivery in the U.S., maintaining communication with shipping lines, carriers, and the sales team. The role also includes general administrative support for the Dallas office.

Job Requirements:
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School diploma. Preferred technical or university studies in logistics, business, or related areas. Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in logistics, imports, or administrative support. Basic knowledge of international shipping or willingness to learn. Basic skills in Excel, email, and office tools, knowledge in SAP BO or a similar software.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
Available for in-person work in Dallas, Texas.
