Logic Design Engineer Job

SK HYNIX NAND PRODUCT SOLUTIONS CORP. (DBA SOLIDIGM)
Design and verify logic and circuit blocks for 3D NAND flash memory components. Develop and optimize microcode algorithms—read, program, erase, and power-on—for NAND flash using a proprietary instruction set and compiler tools. Define micro-architecture specifications, implement RTL in SystemVerilog, conduct static timing analysis, and drive design sign-off. Collaborate with pre-silicon verification teams to develop test plans, debug unit-level tests (ULT), and execute full-chip RTL and gate-level simulation (GLS) regressions to ensure functional and code coverage across multiple configurations and customer-specific features. Analyze pre-silicon simulations of analog and mixed-signal (AMS) circuits, and review post-silicon microprobe waveforms of word line (WL) and bit line (BL) ramps to validate performance modeling and digital-analog circuit integration. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report to worksite. Master’s degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related and 1 year of experience. Salary Range: $113,942 - $173,315.93.
