Job Duties:
Sort, pile lumber into their correct carts, separating by wood species, thickness and grade
Transport wood products
Clean machines and immediate work areas
Assist other processing workers
Lift, bend and twist to pile heavy lumber

- Physical strength and stamina to stand, walk and lift heavy lumber are required.
Work conditions and Physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing and walking, Standing for extended periods, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Bending, crouching, kneeling.
Personal suitability: Team player, Accurate, Initiative, Efficient interpersonal skills, Organized, Judgement.
Work Site Environment: Noisy, Hot, Cold/refrigerated
Weight handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Language: Basic level of English is required
Salary: $21.35 hourly, 30 – 42 hours per week
Benefits: Daily transportation to and from the work location provided by the company, Accommodation provided at no cost, Transportation costs covered if workers need to relocate.
Important Information: The regular schedule will be from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM from Monday to Thursday, and Fridays from 06.30 AM to 01:00 PM, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and 30 minutes of paid healthy breaks per day. Flexibility in the schedule is required, as some days may start earlier and others may finish later, depending on the business needs and weather conditions. **We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours of work per week, regardless of the weather conditions.
