Local Field Business Development Representative Job

Squeegee Squad is looking for a part-time Field Business Development Representative in Los Angeles to help grow a local commercial exterior cleaning and property maintenance business.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, professional, and comfortable visiting commercial properties, retail centers, restaurants, apartment communities, HOAs, and small office buildings.

Responsibilities:
Visit local commercial properties in assigned LA areas
Introduce our services to property managers, business owners, and onsite managers
Drop off flyers, cards, or service information
Identify properties that may need window cleaning, pressure washing, exterior cleaning, graffiti removal, dumpster pad cleaning, post-construction cleanup, or sanitation services
Collect decision maker names, emails, and phone numbers
Schedule walkthroughs or estimate appointments
Track outreach activity and follow-up notes
Coordinate with the owner and sales team

Ideal experience:
Outside sales
Field sales
Commercial cleaning, janitorial, facilities, real estate, property management, or local service sales
Comfortable speaking with business owners and property managers
Reliable transportation preferred

Compensation:
Hourly plus commission/bonus opportunities for qualified appointments and closed jobs.
$20 an hour + 6% commission closed jobs + $25 per scheduled walkthroughs
