Loan officer Job

Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews with loan applicants
Understand and assess applicants' financial needs and creditworthiness
Provide recommendations on loan types, terms, and features
Guide applicants in obtaining required documents
Communicate effectively with underwriters for smooth loan processing
Requirements:
Active mortgage loan originator (MLO) license in the state(s) you operate.
Any level of experience is welcome
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.

This will be a REMOTE position. Commission pay only.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $172,111.00 - $203,815.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 60 per week
