Loan Officer Job

Loan Officer, your responsibilities will include assisting clients throughout the mortgage loan process, assessing financial information, and guiding them toward the most appropriate loan options. You will handle loan origination, perform preliminary underwriting tasks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Building strong client relationships and maintaining consistent communication will be an integral part of your daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in loan origination processes and underwriting tasks
Strong understanding of finance and mortgage operations
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Experience working as a Loan Officer or in a related role
Strong communication and attention to detail
Familiarity with applicable federal and state lending regulations
Licensure as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) or willingness to obtain it
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
