Live-Ops Specialist(Manhattan Beach, CA) Monitor game server statistics and player chats/community interactions, promptly reporting any live-service issues and player feedback for resolution. Prioritize these issues and feedback, then liaise with the development team to implement fixes and collaborate on optimal solutions. Prepare comprehensive weekly patch notes detailing regular and irregular maintenance tasks, content updates, and improvements. Investigate and document game exploits, bugs, and other critical technical issues, collaborating closely with the development team to identify and implement effective solutions.
