## Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our network as TikTok LIVE Content Creators under a 1099 independent contractor agreement.

This is a commission-only opportunity. Contractors earn income based on TikTok LIVE gifts received during broadcasts. There is no hourly pay or salary.

Ideal candidates are confident on camera, enjoy engaging with audiences, and are ready to commit to consistent LIVE streaming.

## Position Responsibilities

* Host a minimum of 15 hours of TikTok LIVE per month across at least 7 separate days
* Create engaging, interactive LIVE content that builds audience growth and retention
* Maintain compliance with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and LIVE policies
* Participate in TikTok PK events and SDBG Studios-hosted events as required
* Implement coaching feedback and growth strategies
* Remain active in the official Discord server for communication and updates
* Maintain professionalism and brand-safe conduct during all broadcasts

## Position Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Active TikTok account in good standing
* Strong communication skills and on-camera presence
* Reliable internet connection and smartphone capable of streaming TikTok LIVE
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Willing to sign a 1-year independent contractor agreement
* Must reside in the United States (including Guam, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands)

## Compensation

This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Earnings vary depending on LIVE performance, engagement, and gifts received from viewers.

No hourly wage or guaranteed income is provided.
