Litigation Attorney – Medical Malpractice Défense Job

•Manage cases from inception through trial/arbitration
•Develop and execute effective litigation and defense strategies
•Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
•Prepare cases for trial, arbitration, and depositions
•Appear in court and represent physicians in depo-only matters
•Partner closely with trial attorneys and Claims Specialists
•Ensure cost-effective, guideline-compliant case management
•Provide timely litigation updates and reports to Claims

•Juris Doctor (JD)
•Active California Bar license
•3+ years of medical malpractice litigation experience
•Strong understanding of medical, legal, and claims-related issues
•Ability to work independently while collaborating with a litigation team
