Litigation Attorney – Business & Real Estate Job

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to handle business and real estate disputes for a respected firm known for practical, client-focused legal solutions. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and competitive compensation in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage business and real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution
•Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
•Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice
•Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and mediations
•Advise clients on legal strategy, risk, and outcomes
•Maintain time entries using Clio Manage

•JD from an accredited law school
•Active California State Bar membership (in good standing)
•5+ years of civil litigation experience (business/real estate preferred)
•Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
•Trial experience a plus
