Overview
The company is seeking a reliable and motivated Liquor Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and oversee staff in our (Yellowhead Highway) Smithers location.

Qualifications
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience

Work Setting
Retail service establishment

Work must be completed on site; remote work is not available

Key Responsibilities
Assign sales staff to daily duties and shifts
Establish and maintain work schedules
Supervise and coordinate activities of retail staff (3–4 employees)
Order and organize merchandise
Authorize merchandise returns
Maintain and control inventory levels
Sell merchandise and assist customers as needed
Prepare reports on sales volume, merchandising, and personnel matters
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply shortages
Supervise office and volunteer staff, as applicable
