Liquor Store Manager Job

1264552 B.C. Ltd dba Squires Four Cold Beer & Wine Store at 6301 Stickle Rd in Vernon, BC is hiring a Liquor Store Manager for a full time and permanent position. Duties would be to Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of store, manage staff and assign duties , meet customers and analyze market requirements, trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors operations on sales, determine, implement price changes and credit policies , develop and implement marketing strategies , plan budgets and authorize expenditure for petty cash and maintenance etc. , resolve customer complaints , determine staff requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff. Must be computer literate. Minimum education required is secondary school. Minimum experience of two years or more in sales is required. Must be able to communicate in English. Salary $ 41.00/hr. will be given. Minimum work of 30 hours to 40 hours per week will be given. 2 days off per week. Overtime will be paid if any. Please send your resume at [email protected]
