Wage rate: $36.70 per hour for 37.5 hours per week
Education: High School
Experience: 1 to 3 years of previous retail sales experience will be an asset
Language: English
Job Duties:
• Maintain a mature and professional work environment
• Hiring, leadership and development of store staff in excellent customer service
• Ordering and maintaining all product levels for the store
• Maintain and monitor inventory and product sales
• Assist in the daily operations of the store
• Maintain a high daily operational standard
• Staffing issues which includes working with and training employees, scheduling, preparing, delegating or working with staff directly to ensure each task is completed in a timely manner and being the go between for staff and Management to relay messages as they are needed.
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitor’s operations on sales
Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required.
Working Conditions: Candidate should be able to lift weight (50lbs).
