Hi Liquor Store is a locally operated liquor retail business committed to responsible alcohol sales, excellent customer service, and efficient store operations. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Liquor Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the liquor store
- Manage staff scheduling, assign duties, and supervise the performance of sales and cashier staff
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control of liquor and related products
- Ensure compliance with Alberta liquor laws, licensing requirements, and responsible alcohol sales policies
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues professionally
- Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and sales targets in line with company objectives
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain staff while fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor store security, cleanliness, and workplace safety

Requirements:
-Secondary school graduation is usually required
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Minimum 3 + years of working experience in retail management, including supervisory roles
