• Position: Tattoo Studio Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.51/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 902 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC V5L 3W7
Benefits:
• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Plan and organize daily studio operations to maintain workflow for artists and clients
• Manage the studio budget and maintain inventory control for all tattooing supplies
• Oversee the regular upkeep and sterilization of all technical equipment and instruments
• Consult with clients to determine aesthetic preferences, safety requirements, and project scope
• Establish clear studio policies and standard operating procedures
• Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff and apprentices
• Enforce provincial health and safety regulations to maintain a sterile environment
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
