Link Building Specialist – SEO ------- Sukh Nehar Job

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Backlinks & Off-Page SEO Specialist with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in link building and off-page SEO. The ideal candidate should understand that successful link building is not about generating a large number of links, but about acquiring relevant, authoritative, and valuable backlinks that contribute to long-term organic growth.

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring link-building campaigns while working closely with the SEO team to improve website authority, rankings, and organic visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective off-page SEO and link-building strategies according to project goals.
- Conduct detailed competitor backlink analysis to identify link opportunities and content gaps.
- Research and evaluate websites for potential backlink placements based on relevance, authority, traffic, and quality.
- Manage guest posting, niche edits, contextual backlinks, blogger outreach, and other ethical link-building campaigns.
- Build relationships with relevant website owners, bloggers, publishers, and outreach contacts.
- Conduct effective email outreach and negotiate suitable backlink placements.
- Maintain and regularly update backlink databases, outreach records, and campaign reports.
- Monitor acquired backlinks to ensure they remain active, relevant, and properly placed.
- Analyze backlink profiles and identify potentially harmful, irrelevant, or low-quality links.
- Use tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms for research and analysis.
- Track competitor link-building activities and continuously discover new opportunities.
- Work closely with content and SEO teams to ensure backlinks are placed naturally and contextually.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on link acquisition and progress.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO industry changes, and modern white-hat link-building practices.
- Ensure all activities follow ethical SEO guidelines and focus on sustainable long-term results.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of professional experience in backlinks, link building, or off-page SEO.
- Strong practical knowledge of backlink acquisition and outreach strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar SEO tools.
- Good understanding of DR, DA, referring domains, anchor text, link relevance, organic traffic, and backlink quality.
- Strong competitor research and analytical skills.
- Excellent website research and outreach abilities.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple link-building campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of White-Hat SEO and sustainable link-building practices.
