We are looking for a professional and performance-focused Backlinks Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to strengthen our off-page SEO operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of how quality backlinks contribute to website authority, keyword rankings, and sustainable organic growth.

You will be responsible for researching opportunities, executing link-building campaigns, managing outreach, and maintaining the overall quality of backlink profiles across assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

- Research high-quality and niche-relevant websites for backlink opportunities.
- Plan and execute link-building campaigns according to project requirements.
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify valuable referring domains and new opportunities.
- Manage guest posting, niche edits, contextual links, blogger outreach, and other link-building methods.
- Identify websites based on relevance, authority, traffic, content quality, and backlink potential.
- Conduct outreach to website owners, publishers, and relevant contacts.
- Negotiate backlink placements and maintain professional communication with outreach partners.
- Track outreach activities, responses, placements, and campaign progress.
- Maintain organized backlink sheets and regularly update campaign records.
- Monitor existing backlinks and report lost, removed, or potentially harmful links.
- Analyze backlink profiles using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Research competitor link profiles and identify backlink gaps.
- Coordinate with the content and SEO team to ensure links are placed naturally and within relevant content.
- Prepare regular reports showing link-building progress and campaign performance.
- Continuously research new link-building techniques and opportunities.
- Follow ethical, quality-focused, and sustainable SEO practices.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of practical experience in backlinks, link building, or off-page SEO.
- Strong knowledge of backlink acquisition and outreach.
- Experience using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar SEO tools.
- Understanding of DR, DA, referring domains, anchor text, do-follow/no-follow links, and link relevance.
- Ability to identify quality websites instead of focusing only on link quantity.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience handling outreach and backlink databases.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of White-Hat SEO practices.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as with a team.

Preferred Candidate:

Someone who understands that effective link building requires quality, relevance, consistency, and strategy, and can contribute to long-term SEO growth rather than focusing only on the number of backlinks generated.
