Line Operator Job

We are seeking a technically skilled Line Operator to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve production equipment while supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

The role involves equipment maintenance, robotics, automation systems, preventive maintenance, spare-parts management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Diagnose and repair equipment failures and abnormal operating conditions.
* Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
* Investigate equipment problems and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain equipment records and documentation.
* Manage spare-parts inventory and maintenance materials.
* Support automated production systems and Smart Factory initiatives.
* Set up, operate, and troubleshoot robotic and automated equipment.
* Participate in equipment modifications, upgrades, and overhauls.
* Recommend and implement equipment and process improvements.
* Assist with installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
* Read electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
* Perform root-cause analysis.
* Follow safety policies and support 5S activities.

Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* Technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance.
* Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
* Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
* Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
* Industrial robotics/automation experience preferred.
* PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
* Preventive-maintenance experience preferred.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to work around manufacturing equipment for extended periods.

Important: Applicants must be able to travel to Korea from October 2026 through January 2027 for training.
