Responsibilities:
• Prep and execute menu items to restaurant standards
• Maintain a clean and organized station
• Work efficiently during high-volume service
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house team members
Qualifications:
• Professional kitchen experience
• Mexican cuisine experience preferred
• English and Spanish required
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
Compensation:
• $18–$20/hour
• Full-time position
• Day, weekend, split, and night shifts
