Job duties you will be responsible for:
• Prepare food for service including chopping vegetables and preparing sauces for the Tempura, Udon, Miso soup, etc.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with other kitchen staff.
• Sanitize refrigerators and storerooms.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Clean work area.
Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary school
• Minimum 1~2 years of cook experience
