Nana’s Kitchen and Hot Sauces Ltd are looking for a full-time Line Cook. The job description is as follows:

Salary: $37.00 Per Hour
Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent

Job Requirement
• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required.

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook full course meals.
• Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods.
• Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions.
• Work with minimal supervision and Inspection of kitchen and food services areas.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
• Clean kitchen and work areas.
• Wash dishes, organize and maintain kitchen operations.
• Storing and packing food products including lifting supplies up to 50 lbs.
